Thank you for choosing Admission Master. We strive to provide the best possible services and experiences. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines your rights regarding refunds for our services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payments: If you have been mistakenly charged more than once for the same transaction.
• Service Not Rendered: If we completely fail to provide the agreed-upon counseling or premium services as described, within the stipulated time frame.

Except for the above, all fees paid for our services, including premium memberships and counselor sessions, are generally non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Services that have already been accessed, used, or partially consumed.
• Any outcome-based expectations (e.g., if you do not get admission to a specific college, as predictions are only indicative).
• Registration or application fees paid directly to third-party colleges or universities through our portal.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
• Provide your order/transaction ID, registered email, and mobile number.
• Clearly state the reason for the refund request along with any supporting evidence (like bank statements showing duplicate charges).

Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 5-7 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's policies.
